The clue’s in the name – the newest hotel on the Passo Carezza is right on the border between South Tyrol (Val d’Ega) and Trentino (Val di Fassa). It is right in the middle of the outstanding Carezza Dolomites, right on the slopes with direct access to the Pra di Tori piste. It’s also very close to the world-famous Lago Carezza, surrounded by the Catinaccio group and the Latemar.

The Passo Carezza is not a mountain wellness resort – it may be brand-spanking new, but it’s a traditional little sport hotel. It has 18 simple yet bright rooms, a bright red ski room (Ral 3000), co-working spaces, Rose cinema, and 2 small saunas can be found in the Blue Spa. Oh, and direct access to the slopes, of course. Bringing together diehard sportspeople and reluctant skiers. Sport takes centre stage. Opening December 2021. Don’t go all the way to Sportugal – come to Passo Carezza in Trentino-Alto Adige instead!

You need a proper meal to fuel your days on the slopes, which is why all room prices include a hearty breakfast, to get your day off to the right start. Don’t worry though, it’s not all healthy. Small snacks are available in our Sport Bar in the afternoons and evenings (not included in room price). An amazing pizzeria, a traditional restaurant, and a brilliant steak house are also all within walking distance. Our concierge service can give you more info on all of this and more.

Tasting is believing - Strengthen regional cycles
What grows in the Eggental, is served in the Eggental. Since the beginning of 2022, there has been an Eggental-wide pilot project to promote cooperation between farmers and restaurateurs. And we are also part of this special project. Our common goal is to strengthen and promote regional cycles together with 16 farmers and 25 other restaurants and hotels.

The Passo Carezza sport hotel is the brainchild of former professional skier Florian Eisath and his wife Maria Gufler. The couple are sport enthusiasts to their bones and live right next to the hotel. In recent years, they’ve played a significant role in ensuring the Carezza Dolomites ski region has grown as strongly as it has.
